What has my mlm blog done for me?
That’s a great question and one I would love to answer.
The reason being I have experienced growth in many areas of my life and internet mlm business through this process.
And I would like to share a few since this question was raised (more about that later).
First I Have Technical Knowledge I Never Had Before.
I remember sitting in on webinars for a company I was interested in and hearing all this jargon and terms about things I had no idea what they were talking about.
Seo? Keywords? Generating business opportunity leads? Article marketing? This list went on and on and quite frankly it was overwhelming.
I really didn’t know where to start but long story short I hooked up with Jordan Schultz and his 8 day bootcamp and things begin to change.
I could have outsourced the process and a few hours in I really thought about it.
But staying on topic by enduring this process myself and with the help of the video’s provided all those terms started to make sense.
I could really wrap my mind around not only the what but the why and more importantly to me the how.
It’s so strange now that all those things that seemed so big and overwhelming to me at one time just come natural.
What I learned is if you tough it out and keep exposing yourself to knowledge and start applying it things will eventually work out
And so far I’m pretty happy with the results.
Second I Have Made Invaluable Friends And Contacts.
I typed that with a smile on my face because it is so true. ![]()
I have met so many great and interesting people with this virtual handshake I call an mlm blog.
It’s amazing what I have learned about internet mlm, the world at large and myself through this process.
I have attracted so many great people into my life really to numerous to mention that have shown me so much.
Like I said there are to many to mention in one post.
But outside of Jordan Schultz I wouldn’t be doing Marcus Baker justice if I didn’t acknowledge how his tips and advice have helped get me through some sticking points as well.
Starting to see all the advantages of this? Well you will after this.
It Has Increased My Visibility And Business Ten Fold.
I can’t say enough about this but I’m forced to or this will be a 800 word post.
At first I was kind of waiting around with baited breath for things to happen wondering when the phone would be ringing off the hook.
When that didn’t happen I started really drilling down trying to find my audience and what I was truly passionate about.
I’m still not there 100% but I’m very close and more importantly I’m loving the process.
Some very recent success from this process is I signed up another person in my primary internet mlm business.
Not that big a deal right? OK but I never even talked to him but guess how they got a hold of me and my information? You guessed the old mlm blog.
This post was written in response to blog meme started by Ana Hoffman in her post How To Increase Your Lead Generation By 67%.
A blog meme is a tag your it situation about certain topic and I was tagged by Peter Fuller in his post How has my business grown since I started my blog.
This is a fantastic way to build links to your blog and to also help others do the same.
So with that I am going to tag some good folks I don’t think have been tagged yet. Sherman Smith| Maria Eves|Tristam Lodge|Michael Cole|Fred Williams|Cara Oberfoell|Mavis Nong and give them the chance to tell their story.
So what do you think about the power of the mlm blog? Could it help your internet mlm business.
Would love your opinion in the form of a comment or please click on any of the facebook and retweet buttons and share this with others.
If you dug it digg it or hey bookmark and share.
It was a lot of fun writing this and thanks for reading and with that.

On Better Networker you say? I wasn’t even aware of it can I ask where on BNW did you see it.

Steve my man!
The more I read these blog memes, the more inspired that I get. So many people including yourself have walked the path before me and are now experiencing great success. Even though I am still up and coming, I have benefited so much from having my blog. I’ll talk about that now that I have been tagged.
Hanging around you and all of the other bloggers I have met have not only helped me to become a better blogger but a better person. I thank you for that and I am happy for your success.

We may have not have connected any other way another reason for me to be grateful can’t have enough of those.
I agree the connections we make here are a little more unique than in other social media. We have a unique bond as far as that goes.
Thanks for visiting Fred and I can’t wait to read your experience with this.

Hey Steve,
I can totally relate. All I knew how to do online were the most basic things. I used to be asking my husband for help if it went past checking my email or shopping. Now though… (hehe) I get to show HIM how to do things when he gets stuck.
And the relationships are unmatched.
Love the post!

Man that could be frustrating but it’s hard to stop once you get started so the skill level just kept going up. At least it was that way for me luckily.
As far as your husband goes all I can say is I hope he was nice about it! If not he’s regretting that now I’m sure.

Yes Erin I agree these reflections just made me appreciate it even more.
This was an easy post to write being there were so many good things to write about.
A meme is where one blogger initiates a topic on their blog tags others by mentioning them in the blog to write a post on it and linking back to the original post.
The other bloggers tag other bloggers and they link back to who tagged them plus the original post who in this case is Ana Hoffman. Super duper link builder.
Steve
Hey Steve,
Well done for continuing with the blog meme initiated by Ana.
Great reasons you are sharing here and I can relate to them.
I remember over a year ago when I knew nothing about blogging, lead generation and all that. But that has changed now – unbelievable!
Thanks for mentioning me.
All the best,

Steve
Steve,
Glad to see how your blog has helped you, just like my blog has helped me.
I never thought how starting a blog could really bring my business to a level like this and as a bonus I got to meet such wonderful people from around the world. Friendships have been started and hope to meet everyone one day.
The blog meme is an awesome way to really send a message, I also took advantage of the tag that was started by Ana.
Great job Steve and keep it up!!

Peter Fuller and Ilka Flood already committed to come hang out.
But seriously Tommy this has been a great experience just like you said I could be promoting my business but it would not be getting the exposure it is now.
I get lot’s of compliments and questions on how did I set my blog up and so forth. Just by having one has put me in a leadership role. I am glad I stuck it out.
Thanks for your visit Tommy and I love the title to that new blog can’t wait to read it.
Steve
Great stuff Steve!
I think everyone has pretty much summed it up – for me certainly, it has enabled me to “meet” some really fantastic people. People who care & share without asking what’s in it for them.
Blogging is the bomb man!

Hey Steve,
I’m in with Ana, and Peter. I got my first ” I’m getting this” moment a while back while talking with a co worker.
I was talking to him about keywords, SEO, and how Google works. Well my limited knowledge of it anyway, but i thought that it was pretty cool. I could explain this stuff.
A few months ago I had to write down Search Engine Optimization, because I would forget what it stood for. LOL
Still a long way to go, but I think it’s important to look back at how far we’ve come.
Thanks for bringing that back for me. I’m smiling now.
Take care,
Neil
Neil,
That’s a great story and thanks for sharing. I have found that if you will just keep exposing yourself to these things instead of being intimidated by them you will eventually get to the “I’m getting this stage”.
I think you have a great concept going and should connect with a lot of people so keep on “gettting” it and sharing it and you will be golden. Thanks for your visit and sharing your thoughts on this subject.
Steve
Cool to see you continued on this whole idea, Steve.
I’m with you too on what I learned. Especially, the technical side. I learned so many things I’m completely blown away.
However, what has had the most impact was working with people just like yourself. Thanks buddy for doing what you do, you helped me.
Have a great day,

As far as gratitude I would like to thank you for your contributions here as well.
I love your lessons wrapped in humor you really crack me up sometimes but also give me pause to think not bad huh?
Thanks as always for you kind words and take care.
Steve
Another Meme! I am seeing more and more of these going around and I think it is great!
It is great to see what your blogging experience has done for so many areas of your life. I would have probably just focused on the business aspects.
Thank you for the insight and the great post.

Thanks for the visit I appreciate it and take care.
Steve
I can absolutely relate to all your reasons, Steve, but number 1 really hits home
I started with knowing nothing about blogging, traffic generation, etc. and know I can even build a website from scratch, get it on the first page of Google, and generate my own free leads all day long!
Unthinkable endeavor even a year ago…
Thanks for sharing your reasons, Steve; loved reading your prospective on the topic.

Hey Steve,
You know what? We are on the same level. I know how powerful an MLM Blog is. I actually prefer it over listening to training calls. I feel like I learned so much by reading blogs like yours and others. But the most important thing is that you get to meet great people like yourself. You and everyone else have been very supportive. At one time I felt like I was doing this by myself, but now I got people like you as well as other bloggers. Thank You for mentioning me as well.

Hello Sherman I can certainly identify with those sentiments.
Even with support there is a lot that needs to be done and lot you get to learn.
I dove in from that perspective that after all the headache the skills acquired would still be there no matter what.
Now I’m comfortable doing all sorts of things I couldn’t even pronounce not to long ago!
As far as being alone never we run with a pretty good crowd sir. Thanks for your visit and sharing your experience as well take care.

Hey Steve,
Awesome to see this meme question is still doing the rounds. I think it’s a really good question for everybody to consider.
Sometimes we get so busy that we don’t stop to see how far we have come. On that subject you have really done so well Steve. I am sure you can see the difference yourself but if not, just go and read some of your first posts. Whenever I do this myself I end up chuckling like a proud father watching his son move up through the grades.
Thank you too for the mention. I am pleased to have been of any help to you and congratulations, your blog is fantastic!
