Hope you are doing well I have a little treat I think some of you are going to love.
A friend of mine Allan Miles sent me a message in facebook today introducing me to a great little app.
Let me first explain for those who maybe reading this and not familiar with like pages that unlike our personal profiles when someone post something or comments on one of our post etc., etc. you don’t receive any type of notification.
But if you are on facebook a lot you probably are keeping up with any activity on your like page so there are no issues.
What if your not? What if like my friend Allan your a small business owner and keeping your nose to the grind means keeping up with your emails?
Well if you fall into this category or something similar this is perfect. Or if you are managing multiple pages this can be a great help as well.

This is an awesome tool! I have been using it for about a month now. Not only is it good for watching updates on your own fanpages, you can use it monitor activity on other peoples who you follow, industry leaders, gurus etc.

I saw another video on the blog Joe Goes Social earlier today about Hyper Alerts. I think it’ll be a really great tool, and useful as things start to get a little more hectic.
I’m going to check it out and see if I could use it!

Hey there Steve; thanks for sharing my friend. This looks like a pretty cool and valuable little tool. I’m gonna check it out. I have a couple like pages; and I want to be let know when there’s action taken, I’ve been just going to them periodically to see the recent results. This looks like a great time saver, and I like your tip to adding the alerts to your phone. That’s probably what I’m going to do.

Hello Joe I think it is a great tool and even with the changes to like pages this tool can use in conjunction. What I did when I signed up I used the gmail account that I used for the gmail and email app for my phone. That way when there is activity on the like page and it sends an alert to my email I am alerted via my phone as well. I hope that helps and thanks for visiting Joe.
This is a nice application so we can get notification on our page so we can tract whats happening on our page and keep in touch with our fans.

Steve – This is so cool! Thank you for sharing it. I am on Fb a lot but have multiple pages so it is hard to keep up with sometimes. This will save me a lot of checking back and forth!

Hello Joseph glad you think so. As soon as I find this and write a post facebook makes some changes to their like page options. You should check them out I this app can be used really well in conjunction with those changes.

Hey Steve~ Thanks so much for sharing this….I’ve always wished that I could get emails for my fan page! Receiving emails lets me know when I’ve attended to a comment or post, and even though I do get on fb pretty much every day, I do find that I sometimes forget to jump to my fan page BECAUSE I don’t get the emails. And I don’t mean to neglect it! So I’m looking forward to this one ~ much appreciated!
Hello Beth yes I really thought this was a great concept when I saw it. But maybe to little to late with the new changes they are making to facebook pages. I think this app will still have it’s uses but only time will tell.
