How are you?
I wanted to discuss some facts about the Ultra wealthy of the United States.
Now before you make any judgments I am not blaming them for being wealthy as matter of fact I applaud them.
They are truly living their dreams for the most part but some of the figures that I saw here were amazing.
They really put into perspective how much they control and influence our country and the world.
Here they are:
- They own 40% of the nations wealth.
- Take home over 24% of the national income.
- Have only 5% of the nations personal debt.
- Own half of the countries stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
- Taking in more of the nations income than at any other time since the 1920′s.
All of this not from 1% of the population! But 1% of a relatively small group to begin with that is amazing a handful of people control that much wealth!
And really pay attention to 1,2 and 3.
In a nutshell they are bringing in way more than they are paying out meaning the money is being managed very well something we could all learn.
Another thing that has to be stated they didn’t do this working for someone else or making another’s dream come true NO!
They found a great opportunity or something they loved and turned it into a fortune.
Food for thought and I want to close by asking are you working to make someone else’s dreams come true or yours??

What a succinct yet informative blog post! Thanks Steve for sharing your ideas. This post is also an eye opener and makes us reflect on the thing that what use are we to the nation, to our society or for that matter, to our neighbor!
